I'm Julien Dieu, founder of Phoenixia, an AI automation and workflow integration agency based in Wrocław, Poland. I work with entrepreneurs and SMEs in France and across Europe.

My background

Before Phoenixia, I spent 20 years leading IT projects and programmes for large corporate clients (Carrefour, Caisse d'Épargne, Casino, Volvo/Renault Trucks) at SOLUTEC, IBM and Kyndryl. I started as a developer and graphic designer. I am PMP® certified.

This background helps me every day: I speak the language of the business as well as the language of tech, and I run every project with a clear scope, budget and timeline.
