Legitimate interest (anonymous audience measurement) and pre-contractual steps (replying to a contact request).

Data sharing

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Technical processors (Cloudflare hosting, Airtable CRM) may process data on behalf of Phoenixia strictly within the scope of their service.

Retention

Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
